Websites for aesthetic clinics & med spas
The homepage that fills your Tuesdays.
Yours, rebuilt and sitting at a live link in 24 hours — before you pay a cent.
Give us your URL. We rebuild your homepage in your brand, with your treatments and your prices, then send you the link — plus a 60-second teardown of what the old one is costing you.
Free. No call, no deposit, no pitch deck. One more step after this.
We build 4 of these a day by hand. Yours stays up for 14 days, then it comes down — keep the files either way.
Guarantee 01 · Unconditional
Nothing to refund.
We build first, you pay after you’ve seen it. No deposit, no retainer, no contract and no refund policy — because there’s nothing to refund.

Great hands. Beautiful work. And a website that hides your face.
The difference
Your site probably looks fine. That’s not what’s costing you.
Drag the handle. The left is a perfectly respectable clinic site — decent photography, tasteful type, nothing embarrassing. It even scores 95 on Google’s mobile speed test, so the score isn’t the problem. It just takes twice as long to appear, won’t tell anyone a price, and can’t actually take a booking. Looking fine and booking well are different jobs.

1No price anywhere. She has to call to find out what filler costs. Most won’t.
2Stock model, not the clinic. The same photo is on four competitors’ sites in the same city.
3“Book” is a contact form. It doesn’t book anything. It promises a reply in 2–3 business days.
4The booking CTA is below the fold. On a phone she has to scroll past three screens to find it.
A demonstration, not a client. “Radiance” is invented — but both pages are real, they ship with this site, and those times are their actual Lighthouse mobile results: 2.9s against 1.4s. On Google’s overall score the template site gets 95 and the rebuild gets 100, which is exactly why the score isn’t the argument. Open both and check. The one we build for you is made from your site and measured against your real numbers, not these.
Three builds, three directions
Yours won’t look like the last one.
Same booking system, same published-price rule, same ten days. Different clinic, different type, different palette — because a studio with one look sells you its taste rather than yours. All three are invented, all three are open.
Why this matters now
You are not competing on treatments. You’re competing on the first ten seconds.
She has never met you. She found four clinics that all offer the same filler at roughly the same price, and she is deciding between them on her phone, at night, from four homepages that look interchangeable. That decision is a design problem, and it’s the one we solve.

Right now, you are one of these.
77% of med spa practices say they struggle to differentiate from competitors, in a market where the US location count went from 8,899 to over 11,000 in three years. (AmSpa 2024 State of the Industry — industry findings, not Pixelrun’s data.)How it works
Four steps. One of them is yours.
A normal agency wants a brief, a discovery call, your logo files, your copy, your photos and three revision rounds before you see anything. We ask for a web address.
- Ten seconds
Paste your URL
We audit what you have and rebuild your homepage in your own brand. It takes us a day. It takes you one field.
- 24 hours
Look at it
A real, scrollable page at a live link — on your phone, in your colours, with your treatments and your prices. Not a PDF, not a deck.
- One call
Say yes once
We already did the homework. Confirm your logo, your treatment list and your booking link. That is the entire onboarding.
- Ten days
Live
Ten business days from kickoff, contractually. No retainer to escape from and nothing to cancel — you are looking at a link, not signing a proposal.
Guarantee 03 · Delivery
Ten days, or we pay you.
Live within 10 business days of kickoff, or $500 back for every week we run late. The clock starts when we have your assets, which keeps both of us honest. An industry whose default is a three-month slip is exactly why this is worth writing down.
What’s actually in the way
Nobody wants a website. You want a full week.
So here is everything standing between you and one, and the part of the build that deals with each. If a row doesn’t apply to you, take it out — that’s what the menu is for.
Tuesdays are empty and Saturdays are full
The week is lumpy, so you carry staff through quiet mornings you can’t sell in advance.
Booking with live availability$600
Quiet slots are the ones shown first, and the page can push them without you phoning anyone.
People book and don’t turn up
An empty chair at 2pm costs the same as a full one and can’t be resold that morning.
Deposits + no-show recovery$900 + $300
A card is taken at booking, and a cancelled slot is offered to the waitlist automatically.
They ring to ask the price, then never book
Your front desk spends the morning quoting, and the caller rings the next clinic to compare.
Published prices on the pageIncluded in the build
Everyone who calls has already seen the number and decided it’s fine. The call is a booking, not a quote.
She decides at 11pm and you’re closed
The decision to book filler is made on a sofa at night, which is exactly when nobody answers the phone.
Booking that works without you$600
She picks a slot, pays a deposit and gets a confirmation while you’re asleep.
A new clinic opened ten minutes away
The US med spa count went from 8,899 to over 11,000 in three years (AmSpa 2024 — industry data, not ours), and 77% of practices say they struggle to look different.
A site that looks like your work$800
Your own photography and a visual direction that isn’t the same template as the clinic down the road.
Nobody finds you searching at all
“Lip filler near me” goes to whoever Google trusts, and that isn’t decided by how good your injecting is.
Local SEO foundation$1,200
Google Business Profile, schema, and a page for each treatment and location you actually serve.
The 60-Second Teardown
Free. No call. No obligation.
Give us your URL and we rebuild your homepage — your brand, your treatments, your prices — then send you the live link with a short teardown of what the current one is costing you in bookings.
- 01Your homepage rebuilt, at a real link you can open on your phone
- 02Your mobile PageSpeed score next to the rebuild’s
- 03Three specific things costing you bookings, named — not “could be improved”
- 04The price, if you want it live. Nothing if you don’t.
Free. No call, no deposit, no pitch deck. One more step after this.
We build 4 of these a day by hand. Yours stays up for 14 days, then it comes down — keep the files either way.
We build these by hand for aesthetic practices and we turn down the ones we can’t do well — so we ask two questions first. Three or four of these go out a day, which is genuinely all one person can build properly.
Why you get it before you pay
A studio with a waitlist doesn’t build your site before you pay.
It has no reason to. It can quote you privately, take a deposit, and start whenever it gets to you — and it will. We’re early, which is the admission; it’s also the entire reason you get the finished site before the invoice, a price you can read without asking, and a guarantee with an actual number in it. We have to earn the first ten clinics, and this is what earning them looks like.
It isn’t permanent, and we’d rather say so than pretend otherwise: the build price goes to $5,400 after the 3rd clinic we deliver, and to $7,000 by the 10th. There’s no timer on this page because there doesn’t need to be — $4,800 is simply what it costs today, and the work is what moves it.
So there are no logos or testimonials on this page — at our stage those are usually borrowed. When we have a real result, we’ll publish the number and the clinic’s name. Until then, four things that are true today.
You get me, not an account manager
One person builds it, writes it and answers the email. No junior team after the sales call, no offshore handoff, no ticket queue — the pattern every burned owner describes is a good pitch followed by someone else doing the work.
No contract to escape from
No lock-in, no minimum term, no clause about who owns your site or your ad accounts when we stop. The monthly cancels whenever you want and the site stays yours. If that sounds like a low bar, ask whoever pitched you last.
We say no on purpose
We build for aesthetic practices and we turn down the rest, including through the free teardown form. A studio that takes every job is a studio with no point of view about yours.
The work is the portfolio
The rebuild we send you is made from your real site, not a template with your logo dropped in. It is the sample and the deliverable at once — which is why we can afford to show you before you decide.
Who you’re actually dealing with
I’m William. I build these myself — the rebuild you get, the site that goes live, the copy on it. When you email, it’s me who answers, usually the same day.
I only take on aesthetic clinics, because building the same kind of site repeatedly is the only way one person can be fast and still be good. If yours isn’t a fit I’ll say so rather than take the work, and if you don’t like what I send you, you’ve lost nothing but the ten seconds it took to paste your URL.

Case study 01 — reserved
This space is for the first clinic we deliver.
Baseline captured for 30 days before launch, measured in a dashboard the client can see, published with their name on it. It stays empty until that exists.
For what it’s worth, redesigns in this category have produced results like a 385% rise in weekly booked calls, and one documented med spa rebuild took mobile bounce from 72% to 38% with bookings up 140%.Reported by the firms that did that work (The Marketing Agency; Marceline Studios) — not Pixelrun clients, and not our numbers.
The arithmetic
How many extra patients does this have to bring you?
Not many, and you can work it out in about four seconds. Put in what one new patient is actually worth to you in their first year — we’ve started you low on purpose.
An assumption, not a promise. For scale, AmSpa puts average revenue per med spa visit at $527 — so $1,500 is roughly three visits.
($4,800, one time)
($7,188 all in)
After that, one extra patient covers roughly 7 months of the $199 monthly.
And we guarantee bookings up 30% within 90 days or we work free. Over that window, 4 extra patients is about 2 a month — so if a 30% lift on your current bookings is more than that, the guarantee has already covered the build. If it isn’t, we keep working for free until it is.
4 extra new patients pay for the build at $1,500 per patient.
Worth knowing before you decide it’s expensive: the average med spa spends about 7% of revenue on marketing, and average new-patient acquisition cost runs $132 against a $527 average visit.AmSpa 2024 State of the Industry — industry figures for the category, not Pixelrun’s results.
Pricing
The prices are the prices.
Published, fixed, and identical for everyone paying it today. Nobody negotiates a different number, and the only direction it moves is up, on the schedule below. Start with one page or take the whole thing — but if the number has to come down, we take something out of the build instead.
For scale: an agency charges $3,000–$8,000 for a 5–10 page small-business site in 2026, usually before booking, copy or SEO are in the room — and quotes it privately. Industry benchmark, Levitate / Leadpages 2026. Not a Pixelrun figure.

The 10-Day Booked-Out Clinic Site
Everything a clinic needs to take a booking at 11pm on a Sunday. This is the one the booking guarantee attaches to — you genuinely cannot promise more bookings on a page with no booking system, no copy and no SEO.
Thrown in with the build
Payments & deposits ($900) stays out of the bundle on purpose — it’s the one thing we offer at checkout, and plenty of clinics already take deposits at the front desk.
$2,450 less than commissioning the same six.
That isn’t a discount — it’s what the work costs when it’s one build instead of six. One kickoff, one set of revisions, one invoice, one person holding the whole thing in their head. Add the six lines up yourself; they’re the prices published on this page.
- You see the whole site before you pay a cent
- Bookings +30% in 90 days or we work free
- Live in 10 business days or we pay you
- $700 of extras thrown in, listed and priced
Nothing is due today. The rebuild comes first, the invoice comes after you’ve looked at it — and it stays up for 14 days either way.
Guarantee 02 · Performance
More bookings, or we work free.
Website bookings up at least 30% within 90 days against your pre-launch baseline, measured in a dashboard we both look at. Miss it and we keep working — new pages, new copy, new tests — at no cost until we hit it. We baseline for 30 days before launch, you keep ad spend at or above that baseline, and bookings count as completed bookings, form submissions and tracked calls.
“Why would you build it before I pay?”
Because we’d rather show you than argue with you. Every studio here makes the same claim at the one moment you can’t check it. A rebuild costs us little and saves us both a proposal — and if you don’t like it, you’ve lost the ten seconds it took to paste your URL.
“My nephew builds websites.”
He’s probably good. Would he guarantee 30% more bookings in 90 days, go live in ten business days with $500 back for every week he’s late, and show you the finished thing before you paid? That’s the difference you’re buying.
Above the bundle — application only
The Flagship
10+ pages, a brand refresh, custom motion, multi-practitioner booking and six location pages. Scoped per clinic, which is why it’s priced from rather than at.
Apply with your URLHow this one works
Three a month, and that’s the real number.
One person can build about 3 ten-page sites a month properly. Clinic four goes on next month’s list — not as a tactic, just as arithmetic.
And unlike everything else on this page, a Flagship isn’t built before you pay. Nobody can put 10+ pages, a brand refresh and custom motion on spec. So it’s scoped first, staged across two payments, and you sign off the design direction before the build starts. If you want to see work before money changes hands, start with the free rebuild and the $4,800 build — those genuinely do come first.
Questions
Asked and answered.
What’s the catch?
There isn’t one, but there is a limit: we only build these for aesthetic practices, we do about 4 a day by hand, and we say no to the ones we can’t do well. If you don’t want the site, keep the files. The live version comes down after 14 days and that’s the end of it.
Is the price negotiable?
No. Whatever the page says today is what everyone pays today — one discount and we’re back to being quotable. It does go up as we deliver more clinics, and that schedule is published too, but nobody ever gets a different number to the person who enquired an hour earlier. You can take things out instead: the Landing Page on its own is $1,800, and you can add the rest whenever you like.
How does the 30% booking guarantee actually work?
We baseline your bookings for 30 days before launch, or from your analytics history if it’s clean. Then we track completed bookings, form submissions and tracked calls in a dashboard we both see. Under 30% at day 90 and we keep working — new pages, new copy, new tests — free until we’re not. It applies to The 10-Day Booked-Out Clinic Site at $4,800, because we can’t honestly promise bookings on a page with no booking system, no copy and no SEO.
What do you actually need from me?
Your logo, your treatment list and your booking link. Everything else is pre-filled from what’s already public. Total effort to buy is one call and one email — we’ve done the homework before we contact you, which is the point.
What does the $199/month cover, and can I cancel?
It keeps the booking guarantee live. The dashboard we both measure against stays on, the page stays fast and online, and it keeps getting changed as your treatments and prices change — a site nobody maintains stops converting within a year. Concretely: hosting, SSL, backups, uptime monitoring, security updates, two change requests a month and a monthly performance report. Cancel any time, keep the site. Two requests rather than “unlimited”, because unlimited is a promise that quietly stops being honoured.
Do I own the site if we stop working together?
Yes — the site, the domain, the analytics, the ad accounts, all of it, and we’ll help you move it. We’re aware that’s the exact thing the big local-marketing vendors get complaints about, which is why it’s written here rather than buried in a contract.
Do you do rush jobs, payment plans or migrations?
Yes: 72-hour rush is +40% of total, a 3-pay plan is +8%, and migration from Wix, Squarespace or WordPress is $500. Extra language $500, conversion copy $250 a page, local SEO foundation $1,200, visual direction pack $800. All published, and whatever they say today is what everyone pays today.
